Acid Attack Survivors & Women Welfare Foundation is a pan-India organization that fights against acid attacks towards women, and their rehabilitation in society. It also partners with global institutions in the anti-acid attack movement.

Support to Acid Survivors
Kanoria Foundation supports acid attack survivors by sponsoring their medical treatment at specialised hospitals. It also collaborates with universities and other educational institutes to support the education of the acid survivor’s children. It bears all tuition fees and hostel expenses for them.
Awareness Initiatives
Besides treatment, the foundation assists the survivors in getting employment by giving them vocational training through SAMARPAN outlet or providing financial support to start their own business. It works closely with the State Governments in getting adequate compensation for the acid attack survivors.
Advocacy
The foundation offers legal guidance and assistance in filing cases against the perpetrator with help of partners and jurists. For the first time in India, a Situational Analysis Report on Acid Attack Violence was prepared by ASWWF. Assistance in the prescription of national guidelines for treatment, aftercare and rehabilitation of survivors are also provided by the foundation.
